Holiday Bazaar and Food Truck Night

Our 4th Annual Holiday Bazaar is Friday, November 16 from 5:00-8:00 pm. Please join us as a shopper or a vendor! No fee to enter.

Crafters and Vendors Information:

You are invited to participate in the FOURTH ANNUAL PTO Holiday Bazaar.  The event will be held on November 16th from 5:00 – 8:00 pm with set-up starting at 4 pm at Lovettsville Elementary School.  Spaces are 8 feet by 8 feet.  All applicants are responsible for their own set up to include tables.  All vendor fees will be listed on the application. Due to restrictions beyond our control we are unable to accept food vendors unless it is prepackaged food.  Please remember that this is a PTO sponsored event thus all booths must be “school appropriate.”  The PTO Committee has the right to deny an application if it does not fit within these guidelines.  There is limited space.  All applications AND vendor fees must be paid to guarantee space.  To receive an application or more information please e-mail [email protected] with a brief description of your booth.

The event is free to the public to shop.  Let’s allow the community to shop local for the holidays!
